We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Credit team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and customer account accuracy.

How you will make a difference
Manage A/R Collections: Take ownership of accounts receivable by proactively following up with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
Payment Processing & Application: Accurately posting and applying customer payments, including handling EFTs, cheques, and credit card payments.
Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy across customer accounts and financial records. Support month- and year-end close.
Excel at Data & Spreadsheets: Use Excel and other tools to manage data entry, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial and customer records.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth operations.
Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email to answer questions, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
Maintaining Accurate Customer Records: Updating contact and billing information in the accounting system to ensure accurate records.
What makes you a great fit
Accounts Receivable Experience: You have at least 1 years' experience in credit, collections, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
Professional communicator: You communicate with confidence and diplomacy, effectively following up on overdue accounts and enquiries while maintaining strong customer relationships and protecting the company's reputation.
Detail-Oriented & Organised: You can manage multiple priorities, stay on top of deadlines, and maintain accuracy in your work.
Excel Proficiency: You're confident using Excel for spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting.
