Position Overview



The Accounts Receivable / Office Administrator is responsible for processing invoices and administrative support for colleagues. The role will include working closely with our managers and leadership team by processing proprietary and confidential information. Processing AR invoices, administration documents and data entry as assigned will include entries into company accounting and safety programs. This position is based out of the Calgary head office location, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. There will be a travel component for training purposes during the first few months of onboarding.

Primary Areas of Responsibilities



Perform data entry related to Accounts Receivable using company software Perform daily invoicing using company and client software programs Create and manage various reports and spreadsheets on a reoccurring basis Assist with client relations, accounts receivable collection and aging discrepancies. Coordination of work and colleagues in other branch locations Uphold confidentiality to the highest standard with approved personnel Other administrative duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements



High School Diploma - minimum, post secondary preferred Oilfield Office Administration Certification an asset 3 years of accounts receivable experience is required Preference to those with experience using Axon and

programs is a MUST Preference to those who possess additional experience processing oilfield services documents Candidate must possess strong organizational, time management and accuracy skillset, with ability to balance multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines, with ability to adapt, manage interruptions and re-prioritize tasks as required throughout the day Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, preference to those who hold advanced Excel certification or experience Ability to work independently and make decisions combined with the ability to follow direction, work as part of a team, and communicate in a collaborative manner Positive, friendly and pro-active approach to daily tasks

Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of confidentiality Fast paced, busy, multiple tasks and deadline focused environment Some travel may be required

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
