Job Summary:
Dean-Lane Contractors is looking for an
Accounts Receivable Administrator
to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare and send accurate customer invoices based on contract terms.
Record and apply incoming customer payments and reconcile customer accounts.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues or disputes.
Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Maintain organized records and provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of related experience in accounting.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience with the Jonas accounting program would be an asset.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4:00 in office.
