At Avenge, the safety of our employees is top priority, by delivering the best service, with the best equipment, and with the best people.Position OverviewReporting to the Administration Manager, the position is responsible for Accounts Receivable in a high volume setting. Starting wage will depend on accounts receivable experience in oil and gas. Experience process invoices in fluid hauling, working with open invoice, payload and Axon programs an asset.Primary Areas of Responsibilities

• Daily data entry and processing of documents related to Accounts Receivable
• Client Care Management pertaining to invoice accuracy and approvals
• Create and manage various types of reports and spreadsheets
• Other duties as required

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Oilfield Office Administration and Account Certification an asset
• 3 years of office administrative experience an asset
• Preference to those with experience using Axon, Payload and Open Invoice programs
• Preference to those with experience processing administration documents for transportation and oilfield services related companies
• Candidate must possess strong organizational, time management and accuracy skillset, with ability to balance multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines, with ability to adapt, manage interruptions and re-prioritize tasks as required throughout the day
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, preference to those who hold advanced Excel certification or experience
• Ability to work independently and make decisions combined with the ability to follow direction, work as part of a team, and communicate in a collaborative manner
