Accounts Receivable / Accounting Administrato

r. In this role, the successful candidate must have maturity, commitment and professionalism. You should be able to handle a flexible workload, with structured items as well. Working in the dealership environment can be challenging, but also very rewarding and fun.


In this role, the Accounts Receivable / Accounting Administrator will be responsible for items such as:

Accounts Receivable - Multi-Company Environment:

Processing and applying payments to accounts Ensure AR aging does not exceed 60 Days Following up on Past Due accounts Facilitating credit checks for New Customers Set up new customer charge accounts in CDK Running and sending Month End AR Statements

Administrative Duties

Daily Cash Reconciliation Create and Post Daily Bank Deposits Post various electronic payments Bank Reconciliations Other additional duties as assigned


The ideal candidate has the following:

Experience in an Automotive Dealership environment. A background in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Post-secondary education in a relevant major or program concentration. Having experience with ADP or CDK is an asset. Knowledge of Excel is required with an aptitude for learning new computer programs and applications.
