We're looking for an

Accounts Payable Specialist

to manage supplier invoicing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax documentation. Here's some value you would bring to the team:

Processing matched invoices through our TRAILD software linked to Accounts Payable module in our accounting system. Posting and reconciling VISA credit card statements versus expense reports. Contacting suppliers to resolve outstanding issues. Posting monthly pre-authorized payments. Reconciling monthly supplier statements. Issuing payments by EFT, cheques and wires and obtaining necessary approvals and signatures.

Other stuff we look for:

DEC in Accounting, with 1-3 years of A/P experience. Bilingual in English and French. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
