, a Volvo heavy-truck & Hino medium-duty truck dealership located at 33 Oak Point Highway (on Route 90).Accounts Payable
This is a Term Position for 12 - 18 months
Responsibilities
:Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm - hours are fixed) Code and post invoices Match invoices to statements Reconcile statements to GL report in preparation for payment Call vendors for any missing invoices Process cheques and EFT payments, give to CFO for review Process quick pays on a weekly basis Filing Relief of Receptionist for breaks and lunch Work reception from 4:30 to 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
Experience with accounts payable Strong interpersonal and organization skills Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Ability to work productively as part of a team High School diploma Previous experience working in an office environment is an asset
Job Summary:
Term Position
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 Depending on Qualifications
Shifts: 8 hours per day
