The Company:




Martin Motor Sports is an energetic dealership with several locations across Western Canada that carries the latest and greatest products in the boating and power sports industry all year round. Our products include Supra, Moomba, Harris, Crestliner, Regal, Cobalt, Silver Streak, Skidoo, Seadoo, and Can Am.


Key Responsibilities:



Upload invoices into our payable software. Code expenses accurately and efficiently. Add new vendors into our system. Contact vendors regarding refunds. Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies. Respond promptly to vendor inquiries.

Qualifications:



An active thinker with the ability to process high volumes of documents while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Post-secondary education in accounting an asset. 1-5 years of accounting experience. Previous dealership experience is an asset but not required. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting is a plus.
