Accounts Payable Specialist - Long-term Contract Opportunity located in Toronto, Ontario!

Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a new role starting soon! The Accounts Payable Clerk position will be a long-term contract offering an excellent work environment and flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days in office & 3 days working from home per week). Major responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the AP mailbox
- Entering and processing invoices
- Expense reports
- Preparing payments
- Vendor inquiries
- Preparing cheque deposits
- Managing petty cash
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Assisting with audits

- 2-3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Experience using the software MS Dynamics NAV is preferred
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or similar is preferred (but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
