A large manufacturing company in Surrey is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? Join our dynamic finance team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper approval processes are followed. Maintain accurate records of transactions and monitor payment schedules. Assist in month-end closing and report generation and year-end audits by providing the necessary reports and documents. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. Verify accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and contracts. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365

is a strong asset). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Protect the organization value by keeping information confidential
