Job Description


Seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator to become an essential part of a rapidly growing team. As an accounts payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing the company\'s accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, and timely payment of invoices. You will work closely with the accounting team to maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is preferred
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamQualifications
Minimum 2 years\' experience processing full-cycle AP
Experience with vendor management
Experience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variances
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Organized and excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to develop good working relationships with departments
