Your Mission:

Review and process invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments Maintain accurate vendor data and address inquiries or payment issues Prepare payments via ACH, wires, and checks while upholding internal controls Reconcile vendor statements and AP-related accounts regularly Support the finance team with journal entries, reporting, and month-end close Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with policy Contribute to audit preparedness and support compliance activities Suggest improvements and help optimize AP processes within the finance function

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of AP or similar finance experience Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. o Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. High level of integrity and professionalism. o English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Bilingualism (French and English) as asset

Compensation:

At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
