About the Opportunity
- Perform the full cycle of accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for processing EFTs, wire transfers, and bank deposits
- Correspond with vendors and assist with external/internal payment inquiries
- Responsible for verifying the payment terms on the invoice and in the ERP system are the same
- Any ad-hoc reports requested by management
- 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with an accounting system
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
