Summary:



As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be working closely with the corporate accounting team. In this position, you will provide support in a few key areas, such as supporting the Accountants and the Accounts Payable department. You will be responsible for completing month end processes and maintaining supporting schedules. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.

Duties and responsibilities:



Full cycle Accounts Payable processing (coding, approvals, banking, reconciliations) Assist in the administration and management of corporate phones, fleet & travel Provide support to Financial Accountants Month end closing Ensure all relevant financial information is entered in a timely basis and within establish deadlines Providing reconciliations and supporting schedules, investigate variances Preparing ad hoc reporting to the Finance and Operations managers Assist in other projects as needed

Working Conditions:



This position will require the employee to operate in a standard office environment. Prolonged time spent working on computers is anticipated.

Pay: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
