Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description


Our Real Estate client is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, you will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable processing for a variety of projects as well prepare commissions payouts. The ideal candidate will have 2+ experience in a similar position, ideally have experience within the real Estate industry and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • Process full cycle accounts payable invoices
  • Prepare commissions calculations
  • Maintaining the vendor management system
  • Vendor communication and relationship management
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Reconcile credit cards and vendor statements
  • Assist with project payables and receivables
  • Assist with month end reporting as needed
Requirements

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
  • A Degree/Diploma in commerce or accounting
  • 2-5 years\' experience in a high volume accounts payable
  • 2+ years\' within the Real Estate industry will be considered an asset
  • Experience with Sage 300 and proficiency with MS Excel is considered an asset
