This includes processing invoices, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring timely payments. You will work closely with the procurement and project management teams to monitor project expenses and manage financial transactions in accordance with operational requirements.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Process, verify, and reconcile invoices related to construction projects.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies in billing and ensure timely payment.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.\xc2\xb7 Assist in month-end closing processes and provide support for financial reporting.\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project expenses.\xc2\xb7 Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Why Join Us:You\'ll be part of a company that values innovation, reliability, and integrity.
