Position Description
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Accounts Payabale Clerk Receptionist ideal for an organized, detail oriented and outgoing individual looking to join our growing team as.
Position Responsibilities
Greet clients and answer customer calls
Maintain multiple email inboxes and correspond with various customers and staff
Data entry and filing tasks
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Code supplier invoices for approval and distribution
Processing credit card payments
Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
Receivables and Payables functions
Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
Other duties and projects may be assigned
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of Administration experience or relevant education
Ability to process and organize large volume of paperwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Superior customer service skills
Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects
Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with coworkers
Ability to work independently while being a team player
