RESPONSABILITES

Preparer et emettre les paiements aux fournisseurs avec exactitude et dans les delais. Saisir et maintenir les ecritures du grand livre. Maintenir des dossiers comptables precis et bien organises. Communiquer efficacement en anglais et en francais avec les fournisseurs et les services internes. Interagir regulierement avec votre superieur hierarchique.

QUALIFICATIONS

Baccalaureat ou diplome

en comptabilite, finance ou dans un domaine connexe

Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais

(oral et ecrit)

Maitrise de la suite MS Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook)

Grande attention aux details

, solides competences organisationnelles et en communication

Capacite a travailler

de facon autonome et en collaboration

Plus de 3 ans d'experience en comptabilite

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and record

accounts payable

transactions. Prepare and issue

vendor payments

accurately and on time. Enter and maintain

general ledger postings

. Maintain accurate and organized accounting records. Communicate effectively in

English and French

with vendors and internal departments. Interact regularly with your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or diploma

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fluent in English and French

(spoken and written). Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

3+ years of accounting experience

, with focus on

accounts payable

. Hands-on experience with

Sage 300 ERP (Accpac)

is required.
