Job Description

Our client in the Construction/Property Management industry is looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to their Finance team. This is a full-time/permanent position on site.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an accurate vendor list
- Entering vendors invoices
- Preparing vendor account reconciliation
- Verifying and matching purchase orders
- Prepare journal entries
- Some accounts receivable entries
- Assist with the month end closing
- Other accounting related duties

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in accounting or related field
- 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in various accounting software such as Epicor
- Self-starter
