The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and is a

Key requirements:
High School Diploma supplemented by an
Accounting Certificate or Diploma
Minimum of
three (3) years of relative experience
in a high-volume payables environment, preferably in a law firm
Knowledge of
3E Elite
and
/ or ERP software
Familiarity with
electronic payment systems
Successful completion of all
tasks related to accounts payable processing, verification and reconciliation of transactions
including cheques, invoices, and cheque requisitions
Employee
expense reimbursements
Company
credit card reconciliations
and follow-up
Highly organized
and
pro-active
approach to meeting
deadlines
Knowledge of
general accounting
procedures
Intermediate
experience with
MS Office Suite;
Excel skills are an asset
Must
speak, read, and write English fluently
