The Accounts Payable Clerk will be providing administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes

A day in the life:

Code, enter, verify, and reconcile transaction

li
posting a variety of accounting entries and preparing invoice in the accounting system

li
Oversees accounts payable and receivable, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statement
/li
li
Reconcile and verify coding on employee expense claims
/li

Successful candidates will have:

3 to 5 years of experience in AP/AR

Accounting Bachelor\'s degree or diploma or related field

Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
