Bremic Carriers Inc. is a growing asset-based trucking company located in SE Calgary.
We have an opening for an Accounts Payable and Maintenance Administrator. This position will report directly to the Controller.
Primary Duties
Posting Purchases
Maintaining Approval Process
Cost Allocations
Process Payments
Vendor Management
Secondary Duties
Updating Maintenance Records
Monitoring service intervals and follow up requirements
Ensuring equipment is in compliance with regulatory requirements
Office Management
Team Support
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
Proficiency in Sage 50
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
The position requires an individual who can become a team player, be engaged in the day-to-day dynamics of the company, be open to adapting to new endeavours while striving to completed prioritized tasks in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
