As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for executing key financial operations that ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of vendor payments. You'll work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, manage invoice workflows, and support month-end close processes.

What you'll do:



Process vendor invoices, credits, and payments in accordance with company policies and GAAP. Perform account reconciliations and resolve vendor discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using PeopleSoft (Workday) and other ERP systems. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reporting. Assist in preparing audit documentation and responding to audit inquiries. Apply knowledge of 2-way and 3-way match criteria for invoice validation. Ensure compliance with vendor regulations and internal controls.

What you'll need to succeed:



Must-Have:



Bachelor's degree, college Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field or relevant work experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, AS400). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have:



Experience in a high-volume, electronic, and manual AP processing environment. Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations and vendor compliance.

Pay range: $ 52,000- $ 62,400, depending on experience and skill set
