Robert Half has an exceptional opportunity for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to join the team at a recognized company in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks and expense reports. The Accounts Payable Analyst role is a permanent position based in the Toronto, Ontario area.Responsibilities- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling- Provide support during internal and external audits- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Produce full-cycle A/P- Execute additional tasks as needed- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks
- Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must- 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred- Proficient with spreadsheets and databases- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred- General familiarity with Concur Travel- Concur experience- Proficiency in Concur Expense- Proven knowledge of Concur- Well-founded grasp of Concur- Expertise in SAP- Concur Travel experience highly desired- Practical knowledge of Concur Expense- Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Excel- Quality experience with Excel Formulas- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
