Robert half is partnering with an industry leading organization, to staff an Accounts Payable Analyst role for long term contract!
The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid model, and will be assisting with process and project improvements. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience with a world class organization.
What you\'ll be working on:
- Monitor Shared Services performance metrics and partner on performance improvement plans
- Provide support to vendors and field on AP related issues
- Lead quarterly testing of internal controls, identify gaps and work with the team to resolve on a timely basis
- Participate in quarterly balance sheet review of AP accounts, prepare commentary and present findings to management
- Change leadership and project management of process initiatives and system implementations
- Support resolution of reconciling items and system issues as they arise, leveraging knowledge of financial systems and how they support accounting and operational requirements
- Administer vendor financing program
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Working experience with SAP
- Strong understanding with Account Analysis, and Data Analysis
- Bank Reconciliations analysis
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
