Job Description


Our tier 1 client, an industry leader in real estate, is seeking a talented Accounts Payable professional. In this role, you\'ll play a vital part in our financial operations by accurately processing vendor payable invoices for timely payments and ensuring precise coding for meticulous financial records.Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, process, and validate invoices and cheque requests via Payscan.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is properly attached.
  • Prepare and execute cheque runs efficiently.
  • Monitor accounts to maintain up-to-date payments.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
  • Maintain organized vendor files.
  • Communicate with vendors and address inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Uphold deadlines as required.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s Degree in Business Management or Accounting, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English preferred).
  • Prior experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices in the real estate sector is a plus.
