Responsibilities include matching, batching and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. Your responsibilities in this role

- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

- Execute additional tasks as needed

- Perform full-cycle A/P

- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners

- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them
- Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

- Strong organization skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Concur Expense experience

- Proven knowledge of Dynamics GP

- Accounts Payable (AP) experience

- Foundational knowledge in SAP

- Excel Formulas experience

- 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

- Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
