Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic finance team? Manning Elliott is looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Internal Finance department for approximately 2-3 months.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processes
Administer time and billing systems with precision
Support Accounts Receivable as needed
Generate accurate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Assist with bank reconciliations and wire transfers
? What You Bring
Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is required
Strong skills in Excel
Solid understanding of reconciliations
High attention to compliance and controls, including expense policies
