What you'll do:




Our accounts payable administrator will work within the accounting team to ensure that invoices and expenses are paid in a timely manner and recorded properly. Using our accounting software and Microsoft programs you will ensure that cheque and payment runs are completed accurately.

Process all required manual cheques Reconcile Canadian and US credit cards Record and organize accounts payable invoices in an effective manner, ensuring all vendor payments are made on time Report and track staff allowances and expenses Take on other responsibilities as asked to support the administrative team

Requirements



What you bring:



2-3 years of accounting experience Experience using Microsoft Office as well as accounting softwares Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills A post-secondary certificate with an accounting designation would be considered and asset Experience in agriculture or reception would be considered an asset
