Our team is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and bank deposits
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role
Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and procedures
Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
