What You'll Do:



Invoice processing

with accuracy and speed to ensure smooth cash flow

Troubleshoot

discrepancies, and communicate directly with vendors Work alongside operations to

optimize payment schedules

Maintain accurate financial records

and assist with reporting to give our business leaders the insights they need Play a key role in

ensuring vendor relationships remain strong

by keeping everything running smoothly

What You Bring:



3+ years of accounts payable experience

, with a bonus if you've worked in

freight, transportation, or distribution

A passion for

Strong organizational skills

that help you manage deadlines, handle high-volume tasks, and stay on top of your game Experience using

accounting software and Excel
