Seasonal Accounts Payable and Food & Beverage Administrator

Full-Time, Seasonal (Winter Season)



Craigleith Ski Club is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Seasonal Accounts Payable and Food & Beverage Administrator

to join our team for the winter season. This full-time seasonal role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes.

This position supports our full-time, year-round Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrato

r

during our busiest time of year and will work closely with them on a daily basis.

What You'll Be Doing

Accounts Payable



Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and proper coding Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation as required Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Food & Beverage Administrative Support



Support Food & Beverage operations with employee time tracking and data validation Assist with gratuity tracking, calculations, and preparation for payout Maintain accurate records related to gratuities and payroll support Collaborate with Finance, HR, and F&B leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency

Collaboration & Support



Work closely with and take day-to-day direction from the year-round Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator Support workload balance during peak periods such as holidays and events Follow established processes and escalate issues as needed
What We're Looking For

Required



Experience in accounts payable or financial administration Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Exce

l Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Assets



Experience with

Jonas Clubhouse

software Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or club environments Experience with timekeeping systems, payroll support, or gratuity administration
Role Details

Full-time seasonal position aligned with the winter operating season Office-based role with increased workload during peak periods Start date: As soon as possible. End date: TBD, likely sometime in May
