Salary: $48,000 - $52, 000 Annually

Accounts Payable/Receivables Office Administrator

to bring precision, professionalism, and a warm, can-do attitude to our daily operations.

This is a dynamic, multifaceted role where you'll handle accounts payable and receivable, provide essential administrative support, and serve as the welcoming face of our office.

What You'll Do



Finance (AP/AR)



Process incoming invoices, manage payment schedules, expense reports and track receivables

Reconcile accounts and support month-end financial processes

Liaise with vendors and accounting partners to keep things accurate and on time

Administrative Support



Coordinate calendars, book travel, and prep for meetings when necessary

Help with document creation, filing, and keeping the team organized

Support internal operations projects and step in wherever help is needed

Reception & Office Coordination



Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage general office communications

Keep the front desk and common areas tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked

Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and day-to-day office needs

You'll Thrive If You:



Have 2+ years of experience in admin, finance support, or office coordination (preferred; not required)

Are detail-obsessed, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Know your way around accounting and Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SimplyAccounting or similar)

Have a warm, professional demeanor and love being that go-to person everyone can count on
