Position Overview:
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers and ensuring that they are receiving the highest level of customer service. They will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure that customers are receiving the support they need to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with customers
Manage CRM software
Manage accounts receivable
Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and communicate expansion opportunities to customers
Monitor customers usage and engagement
Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
Prepare and deliver customer reports and presentations
Attend and participate in customer meetings and calls
Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Experience with SaaS products and technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of CRM software
1+ years of experience in account management or a related field preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Pay: $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
