We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and account management. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Vehicle will be a requirement of employment, Account Manger will be responsible for site visits with customers.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention
Identify opportunities for business development and expand the company's client base through proactive outreach
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, providing personalized support and solutions
Analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities
Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate value propositions effectively
Skills
Proven experience in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales strategies
Strong understanding of account management principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines
Analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making
Knowledge of marketing principles to support campaign planning and execution
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
Ability to analyze complex situations quickly and develop effective solutions
Demonstrated ability to build trustful relationships with clients and internal teams alike
