Job Description

Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Inventory Coordinator to handle our day-to-day accounting, import purchase entries, invoicing, and inventory management through QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

Record and reconcile import purchases, supplier invoices, and freight/duty costs. Generate and manage customer invoices, credit notes, and payment entries. Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse, in-transit, and pending POs. Monitor accounts payable/receivable and support monthly financial reconciliations. Prepare costing sheets for imported products (landed cost, margin analysis, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for shipment documentation. Produce monthly reports for management -- sales, expenses, and inventory status.
Qualifications

2-5 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or inventory management. Proficient with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of import processes, landed costs, and GST/HST. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have

Experience in wholesale, distribution, or packaging industry. Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and basic logistics terms (FOB/CIF).

Pay: $34,400.00-$63,217.56 per year
