Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting financial and administrative functions within our office, ensuring accurate record-keeping, data entry, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with bookkeeping and office management, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities



Manage data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain accurate financial records Assist with bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, billing, and reconciling accounts Support administrative functions such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy Support medical or dental office tasks as needed, including appointment scheduling and patient record management Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and correspondence Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry with high accuracy Maintain organizational systems to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements



Proven experience with Office procedures, clerical tasks, and administrative support roles Strong computer skills including proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and multi-line phone systems Experience in data entry, proofreading, filing, and customer service environments Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, especially dental receptionist or dental office experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism High typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail Relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,327.87-$60,955.83 per year
