We are looking for an Account Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks, including preparing import and export customs paperwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service background. Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and provide customer service.
Process payments and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer accounts.
Prepare import and export border documentation.
Work with customs brokers on import and export submissions.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare reports on customer account activity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
