Account Administrator - Onyx Guard Services Inc. (North York, ON)

Full-Time | In-Office

Onyx Guard Services Inc. is expanding, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Account Administrator to manage the financial backbone of our operations. If you take ownership of your work, stay organized under pressure, and maintain accuracy down to the last cent, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Maintain employee records, hours, deductions, and adjustments Coordinate with management regarding new hires and changes
Bookkeeping:

Maintain day-to-day financial records Manage accounts payable/receivable Reconcile statements, verify expenses, and support month-end tasks
Invoicing & Administrative Duties:

Prepare and send invoices to clients Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances Assist with contracts, reports, and general administrative tasks Maintain data accuracy in internal systems
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or administrative accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
