Corporate Services Manager

to strengthen our corporate functions and ensure all accounting and administrative processes align seamlessly with senior financial leadership.

Position Overview:


Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Corporate Services Manager will be heavily involved in accounts payable while providing support and managing the corporate services team which includes administration, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This role ensures that all accounting and corporate services functions are accurate, compliant, and efficiently integrated, with information consistently flowing up to the CFO for decision-making and reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Take a lead/hands on role in accounts payable, including invoice coding, data entry, approvals, vendor communications, payment scheduling, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies. Ensure all payables are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. Oversee and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative functions. Maintain effective processes and internal controls to ensure proper financial reporting. Support the CFO in financial reporting, audits, compliance requirements, and special projects. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and compliance across corporate services. Lead, train, and supervise administrative and accounting support staff. Act as a liaison between finance, administration, and other departments to ensure corporate alignment.

Qualifications:



Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration- would be an asset. Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with exposure to corporate services. Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting processes. Previous accounting software experience specifically Quickbooks Desktop would be considered an asset. Demonstrated experience managing staff and corporate functions. Proficiency with accounting systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
