Harmony Grove Home Sales is a family owned company that is fast growing. With this growth, our company is in search of an accounting administrative assistant.
This role is responsible for providing accounting administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office. Their duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing accounting administrative support to management, employees, current and potential clients.
Handling office duties such as answering the phones and filing.
Maintaining excel databases with job tagging of current project.
Assist with reconciliation of employee visas and vendor statements.
Checking emails and assuring information received is attended to in a timely manner and distributed to necessary departments.
Skills that will be an asset:
Experience in administrative
Telephone Etiquette
Microsoft Office - Strong Skills in Excel, Teams & Outlook
Self Motivation
Basic Sage 50 experience
The position will be from Monday - Friday, 9-5, on site.
