We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This is a full-time position suited for someone with basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Enter purchase and sales invoices
Record daily income and expenses
Assist with maintaining basic accounting records and books
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Monitor outstanding invoices
Follow up on customer payments
Schedule and process supplier payments
Invoicing
Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
Maintain invoice numbering and supporting documentation
Inventory Control
Record inventory inflows and outflows
Assist with physical inventory counts
Administrative Support
Manage correspondence and filing
Organize accounting and legal documents
Answer phone calls and coordinate schedules
Tools & Systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, basic reports)
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
Qualifications
Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative roles
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of accounting principles
