Job Description

Position: Accounting Technician
Location: Morrisburg, Ontario
Salary: Salary up to $70k

Our partner, a well-established company in Morrisburg Ontario, is looking for an Accounting Technician with strong finance skills to join their team.

Your challenge:

- Be responsible for accounts receivables, payables and general ledger
- Reconcile invoices for discrepancies and adjustments
- Manage and track employee attendance, sick time and vacation
- Enter payroll information in system
- Manage employee benefits
- Collaborate and suggest improvements to existing processes and initiatives, ensure accounting standards and best practices are followed.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills
- Good English communication skills
- Professional experience related to accounting
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
