Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an

Accounting Technician

on a full-time temporary basis on our Corporate Accounting team (12-month term).


This position is a

hybrid

opportunity and is based in

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

What you'll do:

Code and process freight payments and related charges for merchandise freight vendors and lease operators. Process retail invoicing for courier charges. Process monthly recovery journal entries. Send lease operator trip reports. Other duties as required.

You will work closely with other Processing Clerks and Accounting Technicians on a team lead by the Accounting Supervisor, Processing. This diverse team has a lot of fun together while cultivating a culture of community and collaboration.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and :


Have a high school diploma and two post-secondary courses in financial accounting from an accredited post-secondary institution. Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to the applicable function.
