Accounting Technician

who is energetic and a self-starter to our growing team in our Saskatoon location. If you are looking for a fun,

We want you on our team if you enjoy and have a passion for finance, detail orientated with a strong willingness to learn. The right candidate will responsible for covering an array of finance needs from AR &AP to payroll support while providing support to the finance team.

No experience, but have the right attitude and a hunger to learn the industry? Then we want to hear from you,

too, willing to train for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Accurately entering invoices Perform cheque runs and set up electronic payments. Applying customer payments Prepare deposits. Reconciling supplier statements Reconciling intercompany AP and AR Responding to intercompany and external inquiries Weekly reporting for budgeting and cash management Monthly and year end reconciliations as needed. Providing backup support for payroll

Qualifications

Knowledge of Pay works

QuickBooks Enterprise

Multi company experience -

an asset

Understanding of payroll functions

Understanding of AR & AP functions

Ability to multi-task

Strong attention to detail

Strong degree of confidentiality

Post - Secondary certificate or diploma or work equivalent - an asset.
