Job Description

You'll thrive in the following tasks and projects:

Accounts Receivable and Collections

Create and maintain up-to-date customer records Perform weekly billing Complete deposits and record them accurately Ensure rigorous follow-up on customer accounts (statements, collections, credit) Respond to client inquiries (primarily English-speaking clients)

Financial Analysis

Reconcile and monitor customs duties Analyze monthly billing by product Analyze and close open orders Participate in the monthly analysis of finished goods and work-in-progress

Support to HR and Accounts Payable

Reconcile and enter weekly payroll Manage RRSP contributions and employee benefits Provide support with payroll and benefits administration Offer occasional support to the Accounts Payable team

Purchasing Support

Enter purchase orders into the system Follow up on ongoing orders

You meet the following requirements:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment College diploma (DEC) in accounting or a related field Bilingualism required: French and English (spoken and written) Excellent command of Excel and accounting/ERP software Knowledge and experience in: full accounting cycle, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, financial reports and analysis Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills Professionalism, discretion, initiative, and autonomy Team spirit and ability to manage deadlines and priorities
