Duties

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely distribution of employee payments. Collaborate with team members to prepare financial reports and support audits as needed. Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions for easy retrieval and review.

Key Responsibilities:

Accept payments. Accounts payables and account receivable Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and report to clients. Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations. Back-up for answering phones and deal with client inquiries.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field Proficiency with accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
