Nous sommes une firme de gestion immobiliere commerciale a la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) comptable minutieux(se) et proactif(ve) pour joindre notre equipe. La personne ideale soutiendra nos operations comptables dans un environnement multi-societes et contribuera a une gestion financiere efficace de notre portefeuille immobilier.
Responsabilites principales
Traiter les comptes fournisseurs, incluant l'entree des factures, le codage et la preparation des paiements
Gerer les comptes clients, incluant la facturation, les encaissements et le suivi des collections
Maintenir des dossiers financiers exacts dans un environnement multi-entites
Preparer et concilier divers rapports comptables
Participer aux procedures de fin de mois et de fin d'exercice
Collaborer avec les differents departements internes afin d'assurer l'exactitude des donnees financieres
Effectuer diverses taches administratives et comptables au besoin
Gerer plusieurs priorites simultanement et respecter des echeanciers serres
Qualifications
Minimum de 3 ans d'experience pertinente en comptabilite ou en gestion immobiliere
Excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel et Word)
Connaissance de Yardi, Space ou tout autre logiciel immobilier/comptable (un atout)
Solides competences organisationnelles et capacite a travailler de facon autonome
Grande attention aux details et excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps
Connaissances en comptabilite immobiliere commerciale (un atout)
Horaire et remuneration
Horaire : Lundi au vendredi (5 jours par semaine)

We are a commercial real estate management firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our accounting operations across a multi-company environment and contribute to the smooth financial management of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment preparation
Manage accounts receivable, including billing, cash receipts, and collections follow-up
Maintain accurate financial records in a multi-entity real estate environment
Prepare and reconcile various accounting reports
Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data
Perform general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or property management experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word required)
Experience with Yardi, Space, or similar real estate/accounting software considered an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
Knowledge of commercial real estate accounting is an asset
