Accounting Technician

!

Your day-to-day

In charge of bank reconciliations In charge of all customers' payments applications Review and monitor customers portal (disputes, refunds, etc) Customers collection Prepare and maintain the following month-end backups, such as accruals, prepaids, fixed asset and amortization schedules, intangible asset and amortization schedules, etc. Prepare Sales Tax declarations Assist the Assistant-controller with various month-end reports such as: cost analysis, A/R analysis, reports for management, etc. Prepare interim and year-end documents for the external auditors Perform ad hoc assignments as required #

Your qualifications

DEC in Accounting Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience using an accounting ERP software (Netsuite and/or D365 F&O is an asset) Bilingual (Fluent in English is a must) #
