Accounting Technician

:
Work collaboratively as part of the admin team
Provide accounting and administrative support to all dealership departments
Process payroll with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain and update employee records
Post new and used vehicle sales into accounting software
Calculate commissions and bonuses
Prepare and record bank deposits
Reconcile bank statements, manufacturer statements, and maintain accounting schedules
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform various other clerical and accounting duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills:
Accounting and/or payroll experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage: $25-$30/hr, based on experience

Monday to Friday schedule
On-site, in-person role based in Lloydminster, Alberta
